Safeguarding Notice
This notice explains Dynascent Global's current safeguarding posture and what formal disclosures apply at each stage of the review and onboarding process.
Last updated: August 2026
Current posture
Dynascent Solution Corp is in the development and qualification phase of its wave 1 commercial rollout. No client funds are held, processed, or safeguarded based on a website visit, form submission, or marketing engagement.
Safeguarding arrangements, regulatory authorisations, and formal compliance disclosures apply only within the context of an approved, formal onboarding relationship — not based on the content of this website.
Website limitation
This website is an informational and enquiry surface. It does not:
- Constitute an authorised offer of payment services in any jurisdiction
- Imply the existence of a regulated account or payment relationship
- Represent the full compliance or safeguarding posture of Dynascent Solution Corp
- Substitute for formal disclosures provided during the approved onboarding process
Businesses reviewing this website for compliance, diligence, or partnership purposes should note that the content here is marketing and informational, not regulatory documentation.
When formal disclosures apply
Formal safeguarding disclosures, regulatory references, and compliance documentation are provided only:
- After an enquiry has been approved through the qualification review process
- As part of the controlled onboarding handoff initiated by the review team
- In response to a direct, verified request from a qualified counterparty or regulator
These disclosures are not published on the public website and are not available on demand to unapproved enquiries.
Operational control
Qualification comes before document exchange. The sequence is deliberate:
- Enquiry submitted through the sales review form or email
- Submission reviewed for product fit, corridor suitability, and compliance posture
- Qualified applicants move into commercial review
- Formal onboarding documentation and disclosures shared only after approval
Do not send regulatory, compliance, or onboarding documentation speculatively. The review team will request what is needed at the appropriate stage.
Requesting more detail
If you require a more detailed compliance disclosure, regulatory reference, or safeguarding confirmation as part of a due diligence process, contact the review team after the initial sales conversation has confirmed product and corridor fit.
Requests made before that point will be deferred to the correct stage in the review process. This is not a limitation — it is how a selective, manual-review onboarding model works.
